| This binder is something we were asked to design in Medical Nutrition Therapy. It combines all the information that we learned in MNT I and MNT II. This includes documentation as well as all the diseases we learned about. This was a group project. |
| For one of the classes that is part of the Dietetics program at SUNY Oneonta, we are asked to form a group and design a restaurant from the ground up. The restaurant that we designed was called PJ's Pizzeria, Restaurant, and Bar. It was a combined restaurant with a bar. One thing that I was in charge of was designing the menu. We decided that our main menu would be on a chalkboard, so I designed a to-go menu. |
| In BioChemistry, for our labs we were asked to design the labs ourselves as a group. The lab that I was incharge of was one where we studies cholesterol. This is the final lab write up that was submitted about the results we found. |
| This paper was written for the Food and Nutrition Education class we are required to take. This paper I wrote was on Iron Deficiency in Female Athletes. We were also required to make a 20 minute presentation for the class since we learned how to do a professional presentation. |
| This paper was written for Food Science. We were asked to take an unhealthy food and make it healthier. My group and I decided to change brownies. We made 4 differnent kinds. The first one was the original brownie mix, the second had 25% red kidney bean puree and 75% shortening. The third had a 50:50 mixture of the two, and the last type had 75% red kidney bean puree and 25% shortening. |
